Hey everyone! I have been super busy (What every blogger says when they go MIA from their blog) I have been looking forward to this month for a very long time and if you have been keeping up with me then you would know that I am expecting my first child this month. She will be here in three days or at least her due date is on the 22nd so I’m sure you understand that I am very excited for this weekend.
Not only is my daughter arriving this month we also moved into a two bedroom apartment, we definitely needed more space for us all however the nursery room is bigger than the master room so I had to make some arrangements for my bookshelves. I used to have them cady corner but now that I have a smaller room I had to put two of the same shelves up against the wall and put the skinner bookshelf into the nursery room.

Nothing too fancy but I’m pretty happy with the setup. Right now I have stopped going on my book hauls once a month and been more focused on baby stuff and setting up everything for her, and what I mean setting up for her we have been working on her own personal library. Also gives me more time to focus on my TBR list because over the year I gathered so many new books and my TBR list is huge right now.
With that being all said I have been doing more “Me Time” I’m still reading every day, however, I been stuck reading my Sailor Moon Manga books right now! I seriously can’t get enough of them and I’m hoping once the baby gets here I won’t be so tired where I won’t be able to read a book? Heck, we all know I’m gonna be sleepy all the time and hope for the best for the first few months and try to stick to my reading routine even if I can only get 20 minutes in I’ll still be happy.
Well ladies and gents, I’m gonna get off here and take that hot bath I been waiting all day for and catch up on some reading while I can. Happy Reading All!
I know I’m a little late posting this but better a little late than never I guess you can say. This week has brought a lot to me being 19 weeks pregnant. I actually feel a bit more tired thru out the day. I take naps around 3:00 PM until 5:30ish which I can’t help it. Nap time is the best time for me right now. I love getting into my bed with all the blankets and pillows and curling up into a ball in the middle of the bed right next to my dog.
The past few days I have been experiencing some pain in my mouth. I believe I have my molar tooth growing and ripping right thru my gums. I am 26 years old and I can’t believe this is happening out of all the time for this tooth to grow thru it has to be when I’m pregnant. I have been more hungry than ever snacking thru out the day and now that I have this tooth growing I have to watch what I eat! Kinda ridiculous and the last thing I want to go thru while pregnant. Since I and my boyfriend discovered my one and only molar left (I had the other three pulled out a few years back) this weekend I have to wait until tomorrow which is a business day to go into the dentist to make sure that is what is going on.
Besides the fact of a molar growing in and feeling more hungry than ever, I have yet to feel movement from baby girl right now, It is my first pregnancy and I don’t know what to expect or know what to feel for. Every time I try to see if I can feel her move I feel my pulse thru my hand. I hope to feel her movement very soon.
The doctor’s visit I had last week was great. So weird to see her moving around in my belly able to see her yawn and her heart beating and her feet and all that is truly incredible to see. It amazes me that we have the technology to see the baby inside someone’s belly.
My belly, of course, is getting bigger and bigger and never stops for a second, that’s nothing new. My skin breakouts are still going on, back pain here and there on every other day but other than all that stuff going on the baby is healthy and developing very good and that’s all we can ask for.

Happy Superbowl Sunday for those of you watching the Superbowl (I’m not a fan of football but my man is who is currently yelling at the T.V)
Hello, Welcome! Another week is here for me and now I am 18 weeks pregnant. I swear time goes by so fast, seriously I feel like it was just October when I found out I was expecting. I’m not complaining! I am looking forward to meeting my daughter for the first time and constantly think about it all day every day.
Tomorrow I have my doctors appointment which I always look forward to going. I have an Ultrasound schedule which is always the best so you can see what the little nugget is doing in there. When I leave the doctors I feel like I won a soccer match for the championships! I hear the good news that my baby girl is healthy and she’s active and everything is on point, so I leave very happy and positive but I’m telling you once a week goes by and you have 4 weeks until your next doctor visit I start to worry a little, at least for these past weeks because I don’t feel pregnant at all!
This week I do feel a little bit bigger, having a hard time getting up from laying down. I have severe acid reflux and heartburn this week so drinking more milk than ever right now is a must for me. In the past few days my left hand inside my palm I feel a tingling feeling that will last 10 seconds then the feeling will go away, something I will bring up with the doctor tomorrow.
Sleeping has been good to me, the dreams, on the other hand, are still wild but I’m loving it, it’s like an adventure for me when I go to sleep. I have been sleeping on my sides in a fetal position which I have always slept like that before I was pregnant. I do feel like I have been eating a little more food so I can’t wait to find out how much I weigh when I go in, its always a guessing game between me and my man.
Today I was looking into pregnancy yoga classes, First let me say I was never into going to the gym or yoga for that matter but I feel like I need to join some sort of activity for myself since all I do right now is sit at home blog, read, play video games, try something new with my makeup, I mean you get it all I’m doing is sitting around and I need some sort of class that is healthy for me and this baby girl preferably indoors since its cold outside!

Hello, Welcome! This week I am 17 weeks pregnant and not a whole lot has changed for this week. I feel like I’m not even pregnant. There are mornings I wake up and have to look down to see if my bump is still there and of course it still is. I woke up early morning a little worry because all my symptoms are gone. I didn’t even know that you can have a “free day” of not feeling anything like tiredness or feeling lower back pains.
Later that day that I wasn’t feeling pregnant I went Putt-Putt golfing with the family for my Aunt Nicky’s birthday and after the game I felt everything again which is a relief for me since I rather feel everything, its like a reassuring thing for me that my body is changing for the little one and everything is okay.
The bump is getting bigger and holy cow it’s so weird to see my body going thru this change for the first time. Going to the bathroom is a must all the time and eating everything possible. One thing this week that has got me is these wild dreams and when I say wild I’m talking about running around like a zombie slayer whopping
ass! I had a couple dreams slaying zombies due to my obsession playing COD Black Ops 4.

Hello, Welcome! Today is my 16-weeks pregnant update. A few things to mention with you all, I am pregnant with my first child with my boyfriend of 10 years. We are expecting a baby girl who will be here on June 22 this summer. I’m over here taking notes and reading tons of information as I have no idea what to expect. One thing I do know is that I’m going to be a mother and there is nothing I can express truly how excited I am to have a mini-me taking over the household.
Every Saturday when I wake up in the morning the first thing I do is walk over to my bookshelf and grab my book called Your Pregnancy Week By Week. Every Saturday is adding another week to my pregnancy, therefore, I sit down with a glass of milk and start reading the new week that I am and what to expect.
Trust me, if you are a new mother to be this book is everything. I was originally Googling everything I felt and experience and doing that just scared me, the things I was reading was a little crazy and making me nervous for no reason when there is nothing wrong in the first place.
With that being said I feel a lot better once I hit the second trimester. I have tons more energy now and enjoy waking up early in the morning and going to bed early at night. I was never the one to get up early in the morning but ever since I am pregnant I have this wonderful sleep schedule right now (Been told not to get used to it, once the baby is here that will be all messed up)
Few things I noticed have changed and one of them is my baby bump. Of course, it’s getting bigger but I mean I’m having a bit of a hard time when I put some pants on or pick something up from the floor the belly is starting to get in the way meaning that the belly is no more squishy like feeling and more solid and I feel something like the baby is sitting on my bladder maybe? I don’t know but it’s a new feeling that I’m experiencing this week.
Another thing that is new this week is I’m starting to break out on my jawline and under my chin. I have a routine where I wash my face morning and night but from my reading, this is totally normal for pregnant women to experience, just a bummer!

I have been looking forward to this day for many many months after I read The Cruel Prince by Holly Black. Today was the released day for The Wicked King by Holly Black which is the second book to The Folk Of The Air series.
Last year I tried to get an ARC for this lovely gem and was unfortunate to get one. I heard so much and how wonderful this book is from the lucky ones that received an ARC. I was definitely the one counting down the days and even woke up early to head to my local Barnes And Noble to get my copy today, and trust me I gave them a call ahead of time to put it on hold for me that I will be there first thing in the morning to pick it up.
Now that I finally have my hands on this wonderful book, tonight is all about “Me Time!” Hot bath, Hot tea, and cuddles with my furbaby on my fluffy bed.
But before I can get that “Me Time” I need to take a trip to the mall to get a Cinnabon! Pregnancy cravings are little nuts right now.

Howdy everyone and Happy New Year. I have some major news to share with you all and some wonderful things that are happening. Hope everyone is off to a great start for 2019. I had disappeared from my blog since October and I have a reason for it but just know I am back and ready to upgrade my blog. Let me break down the news step by step and save the biggest news for last.
The first news to share with you all is that I am going to be sharing more of my interest with the world. I would like everyone to get an insight look into my life I guess you can say. My hobby and love for books will still be a part of this blog however I will be adding three more things that are a part of my daily life.
What are those three things you may ask that are being added to this blog… Well, I’ll tell you the first two and save the third one for last. I will be adding Fashion and Beauty, I would like to share my daily routines with you all and also learn from others on tricks and tips with their daily routine.
Some other news I would like to share is that my Etsy shop will also be getting an upgrade with more book sleeves that I am working on as of right now with new print so stay tuned and I will keep you all posted.
I will be working on making videos and having a Youtube channel also. I am still learning on how to edit the videos. If anyone has helpful tips that would be greatly appreciated.
And for the biggest news, I would like to share is the reason for my absence was I found out that I will be expecting my first child this year with my boyfriend of 10 years. We are very excited and looking forward to this journey as new parents. So the final interest I would be adding to this blog will be Motherhood, my journey as a new mother and my experiences. I look forward to working on my blog and adding new features and topics to share with you all.
